Hi, ASIAWEBMEDIA HR GENERALIST module was an interactive, enriching, thought provoking and interesting session. As a trainee of this course I was able to lay my hands on a gamut of HR knowledge which had direct implication on gaining real time exposure. I have done MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal. The fact which prompted me to join ASIAWEBMEDIA was the lack of practical knowledge. The course in my college was fully theory driven and bookish knowledge. After my MBA, I went for some interview where mostly the practicality aspect was asked and I was lacking there. That is when I heard of ASIAWEBMEDIA and joined here. To start off, right from the initial stages of my life I was very much interested getting to HR field. Before I “Om Kar Singh” came to “ASIAWEBMEDIA” I was a BUSINESS school student n cleared my MBA in 2013.Before getting into ASIAWEBMEDIA I had decided to do A NORMAL JOB in ANY START UP. But then suddenly I changed my mind to go into HR GENERALIST line where I ‘ve to join ASIAWEBMEDIA. I just wanted to be unique from rest of the people. I wanted to be different from others by being a HR GENERALIST. When I was searching for best HR GENERALIST TRAINING Institute I found ASIAWEBMEDIA IN SEACHING GOOGLE. I found it different from other training. Then I Researched on this college in net n found lot of information about it and found that the college imparted valuable knowledge. After meeting with counselor, I Interested n got admission. This College is giving me all things which I need that which can help me to be an HR GENERALIST.
From JANUARY 5th 2012 I have learnt many valuable things which is very important to me n benefit. This is the college were it organize camp where different campus people n interact with each other n be friends.
